Legal Portugal is an international law office based in Faro, in the Algarve. We work with private clients and small and medium-sized businesses, many of them moving to, investing in or doing business in Portugal from abroad.

Our approach is practical: we explain the law and the procedure in plain language, tell you what to expect in terms of timing and costs, and keep you informed until the matter is closed.

Telmo Martins, Lawyer

Lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados), professional licence (cédula) 50142F. Law degree from ISMAT, Portimão. Before practising law, Telmo worked for more than ten years in international business development, payments and real estate, which helps him understand the practical and commercial side of each case.
